Singles Day is the biggest bargain day in the world and will take place on November 11th, as every year. GIGA has the best deals, all information about participating dealers and explains where this day comes from.

The best deals on Singles Day

Before the Singles Day on 11.11. you will find some good deals. While Amazon is celebrating its offers within the “Early Black-Friday offers”, currently especially Lidl in the online shop the most interesting Singles-Day-Deals:

• Fitnesstracker Huawei Band 4e for 19,39 Euro (instead of 26,18 Euro)
• External hard disk from Western Digital with 1 TByte for 63,04 Euro (instead of 72,81 Euro)
• Tablet Lenovo Tab M10 HD LTE (10.1 inch) for 134.83 Euro (instead of 179 Euro)
• Grundig 65 inch 4K OLED-TV for 1.842.03 Euro (instead of 2,299 Euro)
• Gaming-PC from Lenovo for 2.763.53 Euro (instead of 3,020.88 Euro); Intel Core i9-9900K CPU, GeForce RTX 2080 graphics card, 32 GB DDR4 RAM, 256 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD, Windows 10 Home

Which retailers are participating in Singles Day 2020?

Many retailers like Amazon or Media Markt will probably save the biggest discounts and best deals for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Nevertheless, we expect a lot of offers and promotions on Singles Day where you can save a lot of money – discounts between 10 and 30 percent are probably realistic. Last year, over 50 online shops took part in Singles Day, and we expect to add a few more in 2020. The most important ones are:

• Amazon: Last year the Singles Day at Amazon ran under the motto “surprise offers”, 2020 it could look similar. However, you can already get good deals at Amazon, because there are already the Early Black-Friday offers started.
• MediaMarkt: Single Day promotion page is already online, first warm-up deals as well. The dealer has announced that members of the free MediaMarkt Club “save the most” and receive exclusive offers throughout Black November.
• Saturn: Also with Saturn the page for Singles Day, the electronics retailer will offer an 11 percent discount on many products, but probably only for owners of Saturn Card.

When is Singles Day in Germany?
<The Singles Day will take place like every year on 11.11.. The reason: The 1 stands for the single, who should celebrate and give himself as a present on this day. This also explains the typical Singles-Day discount actions like “111 Smartphones for 1 Euro”, which are offered every year beside the many other deals and discount actions. Experience has shown that the first deals already start on the weekend before the 11th of November, so this year they will start on the 7th and 8th of November 2020.
