Will Crash Bandicoot soon return in a whole new game?
The year 2019 may be drawing to a close, but shortly before the end there are two gaming events that once again vie for our attention. Both The Game Awards and Sony’s State of Play will feature new game announcements , and one of them may be a new Crash Bandicoot game .
Crash Bandicoot: No more remakes, but a new part
This is at least the latest rumor about the bag-roof, which is back in high demand after the remakes of the original trilogy and crash team racing . Just before Christmas, Activision sent a series of Crash Bandicoot products to influencers, all wearing a Santa hat on their heads.

Is an announcement coming up? Now, of course, the question arises about the motivation of Activision. Is it just a matter of Christmas greetings, or is Activision planning another little PR stunt here? Already the announcements of Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled and Spyro Reignited Trilogy had been accompanied by influencer gifts .
It has been known for some time that Crash Bandicoot should continue beyond the remakes. Activision counts the brand among the most important in its own portfolio and the success of the comebacks speak a clear language. Already in November there were rumors about a new Crash Bandicoot game, as in a PS4 trailer a previously unknown mask from the crash universe was discovered.
