Samsung Galaxy device owners who play Genshin Impact are getting the chance to win some pretty sweet prizes. Because Samsung has announced an official promotion where you can win some of the latest Samsung gadgets, including new Galaxy devices like the Buds Pro 2. The giveaway is in partnership with HoYoverse and is to celebrate the launch of the upcoming Genshin Impact patch 3.1. Which officially goes live on September 28.
The Samsung Genshin Impact promotion however will start going live at 12am PT on September 27. So keep your eyes peeled for the chance to win prizes. As for what the prizes are, in addition to the Galaxy Buds Pro 2, you can win a Galaxy Tab A8, or a number of different vouchers that can be redeemed in-game. Vouchers can be as much as $100 off, or as little as $2 off. So you’ll have to rely on some luck to get the prizes you want. Here’s the breakdown.
The Samsung Genshin Impact promotion requires an in-game purchase
This might be the only downside to this promotion. As not everyone likes to spend their hard-earned real money in in-game items. That being said, if you were planning to spend a little bit anyway, then you might as well take advantage of the promotion. It goes without saying that you need to have a Galaxy device for this promotion to be valid.
If you do, then make any in-game purchase in the Genshin Impact store and you’ll be able to then spin the special Samsung roulette wheel for a chance at a prize. It is worth noting that if you have any unused Play Points, you can still use those for vouchers in Genshin Impact. So you could technically get away with spending no money at all. And upon making that purchase, the voucher would drop your price down. Then you can spin the wheel and try your luck.
The promotion runs until October 3, so you have just under two weeks to take advantage of it. If you want to learn more about the promotion you can find info on it by vising the Galaxy Store using your Samsung device browser.
