You Can Now Stream Discovery+ On LG Smart TVs!

Today, Discovery+ launched on LG Smart TVs, so you are now able to stream your favorite shows from TLC, HGTV and more on your shiny new OLED TV from LG.

With today’s announcement, Discovery+ is now available on Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, Android TV, Chromecast, Xbox, Samsung Smart TVs (2017+), iOS, Android, LG Smart TVs, Vizio Smart TVs and Xfinity Flex devices. Which pretty much covers every platform out there. Making it super easy for everyone to watch Discovery+ on their TV, or other devices.

Recently, LG has been pushing to get more apps onto its webOS smart TV platform. HBO MAX launched on its TVs not too long ago, and now we have Discovery+ available. LG is getting a lot more of the major players on-board, which is a good thing for LG Smart TV owners.

Discovery+ starts at $4.99 per month

Discovery+ is one of the cheaper streaming services out there right now. You can get it for $4.99 per month with ads, or $6.99 per month without. There is also a 7-day trial available.

Discovery+ offers over 60,000 episodes of TV shows. Keep in mind that Discovery owns quite a few reality networks. This includes HGTV, Food Network, TLC, Investigation Discovery, OWN, Animal Planet, Discovery and Magnolia Network. On top of all of that, Discovery+ also has a number of originals that are available and more that are coming.

The service has personalities like the Irwins, Jonathan and Drew Scott, Chip and Joanna Gaines, Bobby Flay, Ree Drummond, Guy Fieri, Giada De Laurentiis, Lieutenant Joe Kenda and so many more. All right there on Discovery+. And now you can watch them all on your LG Smart TV, just install the app, sign in and you’re good to go.

Discovery+ isn’t the biggest streaming network out there, but for just $5 per month, it’s definitely worth taking for a spin.
